The Maxim Technical Support team is an assemblage of capable metalworking lubricant people, specializing in metalworking applications and are experienced in problem solving.

Inquisitive/Prompt

Maxim Technical Support personnel are experienced in most metalworking and associated manufacturing processes and are eager to evaluate a problem and provide a quick solution. When requested, Maxim can offer an assessment of the entire manufacturing process in concert with the customer’s management and production personnel, with the end goal of presenting a competent course of action that yields anticipated and desired results.

Maxim can offer insight through fluid analysis and technical support. Our in-house laboratory is responsible for our batch testing as well as research/development, compliance and customer reporting. Maxim offers fluid analysis befitting your periodic maintenance program where Maxim metalworking fluids or process chemicals are in use. We also offer training for your machine operators for the day-to-day control of your industrial fluids and process chemicals.

We can evaluate grades and machinability ratings of raw materials, tooling, machining operations and equipment, as well as cleaning operations, heat treating, post production rust preventives, plating, and conversion coatings on finished parts and assemblies. Maxim Service personnel are capable of offering insight through fluid analysis and technical support when determining cause and a solution.

For logistical support, we can work with your inventory control personnel, as well as purchasing, production and quality managers to ensure that your purchase/contract requirements are met.
